ACHD-Series D/A, Hollow Piston Rod, Aluminium

The ACHD-Series is a Double Acting, Hollow Piston Rod, Aluminium Cylinder. The hollow piston allows for a rod or cable to be inserted through the entire body length, while the double acting design improves speed of operation when longer stroke cylinders are required. They can be used in tensioning, load testing and maintenance applications where weight and portability are paramount.

Hardened Grooved Saddle

Hardened grooved saddle to prevent piston rod damage.

Stop Ring

The stop ring withstands full dead end loading.

Bearing Surface

The large bearing surface protects against side loading.

Safety Valve

The safety pressure relief valve protects the cylinder from intensification.

Lightweight

Lightweight, high strength aluminium materials.

Steel Base Plate

All cylinders incorporate a steel base plate for extra protection.
