A Power Pole Hydraulic Jacking System has been designed in conjunction with industry specialists for the joining of steel power/communication pole sections, horizontally prior to erection.
Currently available in 20 or 40 tonne capacity with 2 x 10 Tonne or 2 x 20 Tonne capacity cylinders:
- 20 Tonne: 2 x Pulling Cylinders – Durapac RAP-106 – Maximum system pulling force “20 tonne”
- 40 Tonne: 2 x Pulling Cylinders – Durapac RAP-206 – Maximum system pulling force “40 tonne”
Due to varying manufacturers and designs of steel poles, the pulling lug connections and clevis fittings are designed on application but following are possible components/options:
- 2 x Durapac Pressure Gauges for adjustable force/pressure valve and accurate pressure settings
- 1 x Durapac VMN-2 Needle Flow Control Valves for independent cylinder control
- 1 x Durapac HPS-0606C 6 metre high pressure thermoplastic hose

- ELECTRIC – Durapac SPES4505NCL Electric Power unit with VRV-1 adj pressure valve ***Specifically setup for pole jacking***
- BATTERY – Durapac BP114A – 50.4 VDC high capacity lithium-ion internal battery with wireless remote control
- MANUAL – Durapac P-2200 – 2 speed, steel bodied, hand operated pump
